DC Audiology is the first digital testing and diagnostic center in the Washington, DC area. There are no paper patient charts, there is no administrative trail of paper. Test results and evaluations exist in digital form and can be transmitted electronically or faxed to referring physicians at the touch of a button.

DC Audiology first opened its doors to patients in 2002.  Since that time, DC Audiology and Washington ENT Group became the first fully Digital, Paperless Office in Washington, DC.

A recent survey of available Audiology Centers has revealed that patients are being made to wait as long as two months before a testing appointment is available. It is our goal to provide timely Audiological testing services and quality treatment and rehabilitation plans for identified hearing disorders.
 

DC Audiology offers comprehensive Audiological evaluations, which include complete diagnostic hearing testing and treatment and rehabilitation services. The unique feature of this center is that your physician is free to refer patients directly to our service without referring you for otolaryngology services.
 

If you have a need for complete diagnostic hearing evaluations that include full Immittance testing, as well as/or hearing aid evaluations and fittings, please visit our office on K Street, N.W. The Center will also provide services such as the fitting of musician earplugs, sound protector plugs, swim plugs and various other earmold needs.
 

DC Audiology, which opened in April 2002, provides the above-mentioned services, as well as Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing, Electrocochleography (ECoG) testing, Electronystagmography (ENG) testing. 

Insurance Participation

Our practice will make every effort to help you fully utilize your health insurance benefits. We will verify your participation and coverage prior to your appointment and ascertain any co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles your specific policy requires. We will request you come to your appointment prepared to pay all co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles at the time of your visit, per our agreements with your insurance company.

Please note that verification of participation and insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance carrier, therefore there may be other payments due once your insurance carrier has processed your claim. We will bill you for any items not covered or allowed by your insurance company once they have expedited your claim.

We encourage you to verify with your insurance carrier the full extent of your coverage prior to your visit. We also have a fully knowledgeable billing staff available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our financial policies or your insurance claims.
